  • No fast fashion. No mall brands. We are looking for independent creators, raw streetwear, and brands born in the pit.

    The Space: Dedicated 10x10 footprint right in the main artery of the festival.

    The Cost: $300 Flat Fee. We don't take a cut of your merch sales. No hidden venue percentages. You keep what you make.

    • The Blueprint: We don't just rent you space. You get a custom promo strategy, a dedicated Instagram Story mention, and logo placement in the "Atomic Market" guide to drive fans to your tent.

    • The Passes: Two (2) All-Access Vendor Wristbands (includes full access to the VIP/Media areas).

    • The Megaphone: Your brand gets blasted out in our promotional newsletters and the digital festival guide (including Meta & TikTok pushes) so fans know exactly where to find you before doors even open.

  • 3,500 fans need to eat, and we refuse to use standard corporate concession stands. We want independent trucks and chefs keeping the pit fueled.

    The Math & The Options: We believe in brutal transparency. Operating independent food setups at a massive raw warehouse naturally comes with baseline facility and permitting costs. To make this work without ever taking a percentage of your hard-earned sales, we offer two paths:

    • Option 1: Fly Your Own Flag ($750 Flat Fee): You come in as your own fully branded setup (Food Truck or Tent). This fee simply covers the required venue operating permits ($650) and our baseline footprint cost ($100). Most importantly: you keep 100% of your sales. No predatory revenue sharing, ever.

    • Option 2: The "Atomic Umbrella" (Inquire for Cost): If the individual permitting cost is a barrier, you can operate directly under our centralized "Fallout Zone Concessions" banner. While you won't have your own custom branding or signage, operating as part of our in-house team bypasses those individual permit fees, dropping your upfront cost significantly. You still keep what you make.

    The Megaphone: Whichever route you choose, your menu gets blasted out in our promotional newsletters, the digital festival guide, and our social stories so fans know exactly what you're serving before doors even open.

  • Flash tattoos, mobile record stores, tech setups, and interactive gear. Bring something the fans will actually remember.

    The Space & Cost:

    • 10x10 Footprint: $400 Flat Fee

      20x10 Footprint: $750 Flat Fee

    • The Power Drop (+$100 If Needed): If you are self-sufficient (like a truck with a generator), you pay nothing extra. If your setup requires us to run dedicated electrical cables and circuits across the warehouse to your footprint, it’s a flat $100 add-on to cover the hardware and labor.

    • The Deal: We don't take a cut of your sales. You keep what you make.

    The Partnership Upgrades: Because you are anchoring the festival experience, we offer specialty partners exclusive integrations:

    • Zone Naming Rights: Exclusive rights to name a specific zone (e.g., "The [Your Brand] Media Lounge").

    • The Creator Hub Access: Brand owners receive credentials for the Creator Media Center (Access to press, podcasters, and industry leaders). You are shoulder-to-shoulder with the people documenting the scene.

    • Newsletter Takeover: A dedicated blast promoting your activation to our entire email list before doors even open.

    • The Artist Drop: We will seamlessly seed your product, apparel, or gear directly into the artist green rooms. No corporate gifting suites—just direct support to the bands.

    • The Content Arsenal: Get shared rights and direct access to the raw photo/video dumps from our official festival media team capturing your booth, giving you high-grade content for your own platforms.

  • The Megaphone: Standout partners get blasted to our community through the "Atomic Countdown" network (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)—driving direct support to your brand and completely bypassing social media algorithms.

  • The Creator Core: Specialty partners get all-access to the Creator Media Center. This is the heartbeat of our content production, putting your brand shoulder-to-shoulder with the scene’s top documentarians and loudmouths.

  • The Aftermath (Direct Connection): Forget vague "brand awareness" and corporate lead-gen. You get direct access to a fiercely loyal community of 3,500+ fans who actually care about the businesses that support their scene.

  • The 2027 Shortlist: We're building an alternative empire. Standout vendors at this launch get locked in with "Founding Partner" status for our 2027 expansions and global streaming events.

  • The Market Rules

    • Can I sell drinks? Sealed Non Alcoholic Drinks Only

    • What about the Green Room? To protect the artists' pre-show environment, the Green Room is off-limits. However, specialty vendors get access to the VIP/Creator Media Center to network with press and influencers.

    • Is there power? You must provide a quiet generator. A $100 Power Drop fee applies if you require a venue connection.

    • What permits do I need? All Food/Specialty vendors must provide valid Health Permits or Practitioner licenses.
