The Market Rules
Can I sell drinks? Sealed Non Alcoholic Drinks Only
What about the Green Room? To protect the artists' pre-show environment, the Green Room is off-limits. However, specialty vendors get access to the VIP/Creator Media Center to network with press and influencers.
Is there power? You must provide a quiet generator. A $100 Power Drop fee applies if you require a venue connection.
What permits do I need? All Food/Specialty vendors must provide valid Health Permits or Practitioner licenses.

Infrastructure & Setup: Unless a Gear Package is purchased, all booths are space only. Vendors must provide their own commercial-grade tents, tables, chairs, and weights. Note: Sandbags are strictly required to secure tents; absolutely no staking into the Thunder Studios concrete is permitted.
Restricted Items & Consumables:
NO Alcohol Sales: Zero exceptions. All alcohol service is managed exclusively by the venue.
NO Unapproved Food or Drink: Fast-Track retail vendors cannot sell beverages or open food. All consumables must be submitted through our Vetted Application below to comply with Thunder Studios health and safety protocols.
NO Unauthorized THC: CBD is permitted, but any vendor found selling THC without explicit, prior written production clearance will be immediately ejected from the festival without a refund.
Venue Compliance & Waste: ATOMIC ROCK takes place at Thunder Studios, a premier broadcast and film facility. You are required to respect the backlot and pack out your own trash. Leaving waste, grease, or damaged infrastructure in your footprint will result in a heavy cleaning fee billed directly to your brand.
Media Consent & Broadcasting: ATOMIC ROCK is a live content engine. The event will be covered by professional vertical-first videographers and triggers a live global broadcast across the Adrenaline+ network upon selling out. By vending, you consent to your staff, footprint, and branding being filmed, photographed, and broadcasted globally across the ADR+ and RYM Magazine networks.[cite: 2, 4]
Cancellations & Refunds: Because footprint space is strictly limited and production mapping begins months in advance, all vendor fees are 100% non-refundable. Spaces cannot be transferred or sold to another vendor without written approval from HGD Media Group.
"Enter The Reactor" Perks: All fully paid and confirmed vendors will receive an email containing VIP entry credentials and voting rights for our "Enter The Reactor" showcase on August 22nd.
